Mitchelstown Food Festival

Mitchelstown Food Festival is the place to be on Sunday 14th September. The festival will be preceded by a wonderful Gala evening in the Firgrove Hotel, Mitchelstown on Saturday September 13th with Executive Chef Clodagh McKenna overseeing a menu of fantastic local produce.

The Food Festival provides and opportunity to taste and buy the very best of local and specialty artisan foods. Come along and sample what can only be described as a gourmet’s paradise. From champion sausages to organic meats, farmhouse cheeses, exciting chutneys, handmade chocolates, delicious breads and pastries, you are sure of finding something wonderful. You will meet some of the very best food producers and share in their passion for all that is good about locally produced quality foods.

The food festival takes place at Mitchelstown Business Park, Coolnanave on the main Cork – Dublin (N8) road. This fantastic indoor location means that no matter what the weather, spirits will not be dampened. In addition there is also a safe outdoor children’s play area with music & activities.
